Me sentí decepcionada con el pésimo servicio y desorganización de esta empresa. Primero llegaron tarde a recogernos , después nos pasaron a otra camioneta en medio de calle y casi nos atropellan ,y para colmo no llevábamos el guía que habían prometido. Esperamos terminar sin algún otro incidente el recorrido, pues esto aconteció al principio del recorrido!!!

J'ai acheté un tour Hierve el agua pour le lendemain. Le RDV pour me passer prendre a mon hôtel est a 9:45...10:45 le bus n'est pas arrivé ! J'ai été à l'agence pour vérifier..le bus était parti sans moi! On me dit tout simplement "sorry it's the first time it happens" .c'est le résultat de payer le tour le moins cher ??

Ils nous donnent rendez-vous devant notre hôtel à 8h35. Ils arrivent à 8h15, nous ne sommes donc pas prêts. Nous sortons quand même à 8h20, ils sont déjà partis et ne sont jamais revenu (malgré leurs messages nous disant qu’ils arrivent “bientôt”). Nous avons attendu quasiment 1h30 avant de changer nos plans. A éviter, il y a beaucoup d’autres entreprises beaucoup plus respectueuses et compétentes à proximité.

I booked a tour of Monte Alban at their office, in person, three days prior to the tour. When I arrived early the morning of the tour, the woman who completed my booking three days prior recognized me. She asked me to wait. When the van/bus arrived, I confirmed that it was to Monte Alban and they said they thought I was going to Hierve el Agua. They then asked me to walk around the corner to another office to wait. They then told me that there had been some confusion and that the bus to Monte Alban needed to return for me. When it did return, a man quickly jumped out and stated that they had 35 Spanish speakers and could not do the tour in English. When I booked the tour three days prior, I asked how many people would be on the tour and they stated 21 people maximum. I asked for my money back and never made it to Monte Alban as that was the only day that I could go.

We did both the Monte Alban and Hierve el Agua tours back to back and really enjoyed it! I was a little pessimistic because of the cheap price and the other reviews on Google but TripAdvisor proved to be full of positive reviews and our experience on both tours were nothing but wonderful! Both tours were well organised and we were provided guides in English and Spanish. Everything was on time and we were told in advance what the additional costs were i.e lunch and attraction tickets. I highly recommend this tour!
