★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment online and when I realized I booked at the wrong location, I contacted the spa via WhatsApp and the matter was easily resolved. I had a massage with Tapia and she was wonderful, professional and patient when my limited Spanish vocabulary failed me. I hope to visit at least once more before my trip is over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was quite possibly the worst massage I’ve ever had-I hate leaving this sort of review but it was so bad it was comical.
The lighting and music were nice however the table was stiff, without sheets, and the “massage” consisted of no pressure- felt more like a “disengaged let me apply oil liberally as fast as can session. Completely soulless. Was so disappointed since the reviews were so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It looks a bit dodgy fun the outside but overall it's clean and adequate. It is by no means a fancy place but for what it is, it is pretty good.
Their website is pretty clear and you can book a massage ahead of time. I walked in without a reservation and was seen in pretty quickly. But it was a Monday afternoon and perhaps not their busiest time.
I had the sports massage and they adk you for a few preferences; firmness of massage, lighting colour, fragrance, any problem areas for focus and another I didn't understand.
The massage room is dimly lit and clean. The masseusit was pretty good and wireless on some knots she found. At the end you have some free drink options that I didn't take.
I would go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ambiance, excellent muscle relief massage! You can customize the smells, the colors of the lights, and the music played during your massage. I also accidently scheduled in the wrong branch and they were very helpful in getting it switched to the right one for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a Lomi Lomi massage, but explained that I wanted the focus to be on the contractions in my upper back and neck. The masseuse didn’t focus on this area at all as I requested and I left feeling like I got a cookie cutter out of the box that didn’t address my problem areas at all. I commented this upon leaving and the reception told me I should have requested deep tissue instead, to which I told her that any quality massage therapist should listen to their clients and suggest more appropriate treatments based on their areas of focus. She kind of just shrugged which makes me think this is a bit of a non-customized off the shelf kinda place. Suggest talking to them ahead and describe your issues and have them suggest the massage
