★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mala practica dental! Pésimos, para nada los recomiendo. Me pusieron una corona dental súper mal, la pusieron sobre la encía y como no estaba bien puesta la corona se quebró después de 3 semanas. Regrese con ellos y estaban batallando mucho para quitarme lo que quedaba de la corona, note rápidamente que el enfermero era tipo practicante por qué no sabía lo que estaba haciendo ya que estaba batallando mucho, me sentía muy insegura. Antes de que me dañaran más mis dientes, decidí decirles que mejor no me la quitaran, la verdad me dio miedo. Termine por ir con mi dentista y me confirmó que me la habían puesto tan mal, me daño la encía y me rebajaron demasiado mi propio diente! Y le creo por que me enseño las radiografías. Esta practica nunca me tomo radiografías ni antes ni después de la corona! Intente que me reembolsaran por el mal servicio y se negaron obviamente. Me trajeron como loquita por meses, que si me reembolsaban y que estaban trabajando con el laboratorio para el reembolso pero ahí quedó. Culpaban al laboratorio, que ellos habían hecho mal la corona, pero si el laboratorio lo hizo mal, entonces, ellos no lo hubieran puesto. Me ofrecieron limpieza gratuita pero nunca regresaría, perdí cualquier tipo de confianza. Mi dentista me puso otra corona y ya no eh vuelto a tener problema pero mi diente ya no quedó igual ☹️
What a bad dental practice! Terrible, I do not recommend them at all. They put a very bad dental crown on me, they put it on the gum and since it was not put on correctly, the crown broke after 3 weeks. I went back to them and they were struggling a lot to remove what was left of the crown, I quickly noticed that the nurse was a practicing type because he did not know what he was doing since he was struggling a lot, I felt very insecure. Before my teeth were damaged more, I decided to tell them that they better not take it out, the truth scared me. I ended up going to my dentist and he confirmed that they had put it in so badly, it damaged my gums and they lowered my own tooth too much! And I believe him because he showed me the X-rays. This practice never takes x-rays before or after the crown! I tried to get a refund for the poor service and they obviously refused. They brought me like crazy for months, that if they reimbursed me and that they were working with the laboratory for the reimbursement but there it was. They blamed the lab, that they had done the crown wrong, but if the lab did it wrong, then they wouldn't have put it on. They offered me free cleaning but I would never go back, I lost any kind of trust. My dentist put another crown on me and I have no more problems but my tooth is no longer the same ☹️
