Desire Riviera Maya Pearl Resort - 77580 Puerto Morelos

We heard great things about this place however we’re very disappointed. Disorganized and chaotic. We were supposed to have a car pick us up, never showed. Never received itinerary and very difficult to communicate with anyone. Will not come back here especially spending $1125 per night.

Always an amazing time!! Service is incredible, food is top notch for all inclusive.

Used to be scenic views - if you think so of oversize generally ugly bathings suits Signs no photos permitted In Mexico beach land is federal land and they cannot stop you strolling on the beach - no matter how much management or security tries Friendly workers to say hello to and chat . The seaweed is an issue this year Its not the hotels fault - its endemic now

We had a marvellous time at Desire Pear in December, 2021! The staff is marvellous from The Aphrodite staff waiters: Orlando, Josue, Santiago, Gilberto and Walter, to Emilio at the hot tub, Felicia at the Front Desk, Gabriella, our room cleaner and of course, the amazing entertainment staff: Charlie, Kia, EDU, Candice, Romy, Anna and Cesar!!! Desire Pearl seems like home to us and we love it. We'll be back again soon!!!! Congratulations to everyone at the resort who can not do enough to please you! Muchas Gracias!

We just visited Desire Pearl for the first time and absolutely loved it. Our room was very dated which was our only complaint as the service was excellent. Everyone was welcoming and super friendly. Food was tasty and the alcoholic drinks were generous. We enjoyed the crowd which was friendly and inviting overall. We liked it so much that we immediately booked our next stay for May 2022. Can’t wait.

It is a very beautiful hotel! If you are looking for a more laid back, not too much activities, just enjoy the beautiful Mexican scenery, this is the place! It is a much more mature crowd. You get to meet very awsome people and have a more relaxed time. During the day, everyone gravitates towards the pool, spas or beach, they have a dj and do some activities. The food is quite good except during 1-5 pm where the only options are some cold sandwiches or a very limited menu. We went to Suki and loved the service from Adrian, Isaac, Guillermo, Jesus, Ivan and the amazing chef, Nicolas! The night entertainers are awsome as well as the dj. The only not so good part is that almost everyone leaves at midnight either to sleep or to the jacuzzi. Sometimes, at midnight near the lobby, they have at the moment made tacos. The staff is amazing and make you feel at home always! Thank you all for helping us have a great time.

Read this before you go. We’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts and this one was the nicest! Staff, beach, facilities, room, food, drinks! All the best we’ve experienced in the Riviera Maya area. This resort is definitely themed and you may want to consider whether your partner would feel comfortable with the theme here before booking. We didn’t see anything but it does happen. If you want to lay sans-clothes by the ocean or pool this is the place for you. Mostly 20s, 30s, but some 40+ in age. They say it’s “lifestyle” friendly but I would say it’s almost entirely just couples looking for a romantic time. A big shout out to Renada for helping us find the prefect room to have a more private vacation!

Hands down the best service we've ever had at a resort. This is a clothing optional resort so if you're not into that it might not be for you. We'd come back even if it weren't clothing optional. The staff seems genuinely happy to be there. Give it a shot!
