★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos una compra y al finalizar de liquidar después de el máximo esfuerzo nos dicen que tardarán en entregar un mes entonces decidimos ir por nuestra compra nosotros mismos y que pasa nadie nos ayuda nisiquiera tenían preparada la compra me perece que no fuimos a dar 10 pesos para tan pésimo servicio en la entrega deberían considerar que mueblerías más pequeñas no descansan hasta que el cliente esté satisfecho y pues deberían decirlo al momento de la compra ya y uno verá si le conviene o no fin

No compren problemas en esta tienda, no es recomendable, llevamos 3 meses sin que nos den respuesta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene poco espacio para exhibición, no tiene buena iluminación y los muebles no se aprecian bien. Dicen que tienen rebajas del 50% y aun así, sus muebles son muy caros respecto a la competencia. Será que quieren competir con liverpool, con precios de estatus y no de competencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, realizamos una compra en el mes de noviembre de un artículo que nos indicaron que tardarían 10 días en entregarse y al día de hoy no tenemos nuestra compra. Sólo ponen pretextos y te canalizan de un área a otra sin éxito, dan nuevas fechas de entrega y no las cumplen, no compren en problemas pues se justifican con la contingencia para incumplir más de tres veces una fecha que ellos mismos dieron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mejor consejo que les puedo dar es que no compren aquí, ojalá yo hubiera leído los comentarios antes. Nada profesionales, podría hasta decir que son estafadores porque tus inconformidades se las pasan por el arco del triunfo. Llevamos 5 meses esperando con paciencia y dándole el respectivo seguimiento porque si por ellos fuera ya se les habría olvidado nuestra compra. Ahora la única manera en que recuperaremos nuestro dinero es por medio de la PROFECO. Si quieren perder su dinero, mejor quemenlo pero no compren en esta tienda.

NO COMPREN AHÍ.
