★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha Sido una terrible experiencia. Entregaron tarde, se equivocaron de armazon, la persona que me atendió cambio las micas al armazón que escogí con kola loca!! No podía ajustarlos ya que al caminar con cada paso que yo daba, el armazón trepidaba. Debido a que salía de viaje al día siguiente acordé en llevármelos, pero para rematar, la graduación estaba equivocada. Lo comprobó con mis anteojos antiguos. Yo uso anteojos desde los 6 años de edad y JAMAS me había ocurrido algo similar.
It has been a terrible experience. They delivered late, they got the wrong frame, the person who attended me changed the lenses to the frame I chose with crazy kola !! I couldn't adjust them because as I walked with every step I took, the frame would shake. Since I was going on a trip the next day I agreed to take them with me, but to top it off, graduation was wrong. He checked it with my old glasses. I have worn glasses since I was 6 years old and something similar had NEVER happened to me.

Si les pides los resultados de TÚ exámen... olvídalo, solo te dicen que con sus lentes estarás bien.
Hay que checar si es cierto que son indicaciones de Optipower, Devlyn o como se llame la empresa.
Very bad attention and attitude. You have to catch them as "good" so that they serve well.
If you ask them for YOUR test results ... forget it, they just tell you that with their glasses you will be fine.
You have to check if it is true that they are indications of Optipower, Devlyn or whatever the company is called.
