Llevo 3 meses tratando de hacer la corrección de un trámite que los hicieron mal. Nadie contesta el teléfono, tampoco correos, siempre hay que venir y tardas dos velas en promedio en que te atiendan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy inseguro no les recomiendo acudir a realizar sus depósitos grandes en esta sucursal hasta que contraten seguridad, fui testigo de un asalto en esta sucursal y su falta de seguridad hizo que todo fuera un regalo para los asaltantes, no acudan de verdad es una experiencia muy desagradable ser testigo de un asalto por culpa de su falta de vigilantes no tienen ni uno solo en puerta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué porquería de Sucursal, de 4 cajeros, solo uno funcionaba, y únicamente para hacer depósitos, con razón tanta gente se cambia de banco, estos bancos ya están decayendo cada vez más, mientras que otros como Bancomer y Banamex, mejoran su servicio. Son una lata en la aplicación, nunca sirve como debe, es un rollo sacar el Token, en las sucursales tardan mucho y los cajeros siempre fallan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, respecto a mi parecer hace falta más personal de ahí en fuera me parece muy bien, excelente trato, amabilidad por parte de los trabajadores, sus instalaciones están en perfecto estado, no tengo alguna queja.
Estando en un lugar muy concurrente me parece la mejor opción de ir a retirar efectivo o atención al cliente.
Sin duda lo recomiendo:)
Good service, in my opinion, more staff is needed from there, I think it's very good, excellent treatment, kindness on the part of the workers, their facilities are in perfect condition, I have no complaints.
Being in a very busy place seems to me the best option to go to withdraw cash or customer service.
