★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en cuestión de la atención telefónica, yo entiendo que a veces se encuentren ocupados y no se puede atender, pero hay maneras de decir y pedir las cosas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No aceptan devoluciónes, cambios, etc... compre un retractor tipo Nolla, resulto que yo ya tenia uno muy similar y no me iba afuncionar para mi practica, fui al día siguiente por un cambio a cualquier otro producto que tuvieran pero fue una negativa rotunda a cualquier solución... compren ahí solo si están al 100% seguros, no hay cambios de producto...
They do not accept returns, exchanges, etc ... I bought a Nolla-type retractor, it turned out that I already had a very similar one and it would not work for my practice, I went the next day for a change to any other product they had but it was a negative resounding to any solution ... buy there only if they are 100% sure, there are no product changes ...
