★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan los horarios que están estipulados en su negocio, ni los establecidos por la contingencia y cuando al fin te atienden el servicio es demasiado lento. Perdí más de una hora para enviar un paquete, sin que hubiera más clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas que están ahí no saben de su negocio...Fui a dejar un paquete, pregunté si se podía hacer el envío con ellos, en un principio la persona de la recepción no sabía y le llamo a su jefe, y entonces me confirmaron que si podían... me cobraron el envío y a los 2 días llegó a mi casa avisando que este paquete no podía ser entregado del a forma que fue enviado, fui a reclamar y me dijeron que no me podían regresar mi dinero porque a ellos les habían cobrado la devolución, aunque ellos hayan sido los culpables de no saber dar información correcta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No reciben devoluciones, Amazon, mercado libre, etc. pésimo servicio que según DHL no les da el lector óptico se llama por cierto no "pistolita" en fin pésimo servicio. Opté por recolección a domicilio, si a alguien le sirve. Saludos.
