★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por parte del personal es muy buena, pero la verdad deja mucho que desear los estándares de la empresa pues los costos son muy altos para el servicio que prestan.
Les platico: lleve para su envío un paquete que prácticamente solo debe recorrer tres colonias para su entrega y solo porque lo lleve el viernes, el paquete llegará hasta el lunes; así que desde mi punto de vista es un pésimo servicio.
Por supuesto que no volveré a utilizar este servicio de paquetería.
The attention from the staff is very good, but the truth is that the company's standards leave a lot to be desired since the costs are very high for the service they provide.
I'll tell you: take a package for shipping that practically only has to travel three colonies for delivery and just because you take it on Friday, the package will arrive until Monday; so from my point of view it's a lousy service.
Of course I will not use this parcel service again.

If you already have an account setup you'll be there 1 minute to drop off and give the address, provided there is no line with old people. If there is a line you'll wait 10 - 15 minutes so keep it in mind.
