★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. Solo deberían de apoyar más al personal hay muy poco, el que hay es muy profesional y eficiente pero se nota que hace falta que contraten más para atención en ventanilla.
 Excellent service. They should only support the staff more, there is very little, the one there is very professional and efficient but it shows that they need to hire more for counter service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay mucho que decir. Buena atención de parte del personal. Pero muy poco personal para la cantidad de paquetes que se maneja. Definitivamente hace falta una ampliación considerando el aumento de envíos en tiempos de pandemia.
There is not much to say. Good attention from the staff. But too little staff for the number of packages handled. An expansion is definitely needed considering the increase in shipments in times of pandemic.

El gran inconveniente que tiene esta sucursal es que no cuenta con un estacionamiento como tal, tendrías que utilizar el de la plaza que se encuentra a la vuelta, pues el frente es enteramente un sitio de taxis.
Attention is acceptable although a little time consuming and waiting in full sun is not pleasant. The big drawback of this branch is that it does not have a parking lot as such, you would have to use the one in the square around the corner, since the front is entirely a taxi rank.

Very Poor customer service. Ask for a package with info on hand and sent me to their warehouse in another location and have to wait after 6 pm. to pick up my package.
