★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend this place. Especially if you are getting mail from the USA. They said they gave my package to my neighbor and I never got it. She never received either. I went to the office to have them help me get a hold of their delivery driver. The person un the front desk told me I had to call customer service. Which they have the delivery persons info because they won't anyone else who ain't DHL work for them. If they did then anyone can come in and say they are from gdl or another sister and deliver mail. So that 4 stars already down. The other star down is cuz he said he ain't customer service but works at the front desk, works for DHL and talks to customers. If that ain't customer service then idk what that is. Unfortunately it was my first time using them and I just highly don't recommend vecuase your mail will not get to you. If they cannot find you it should go to the store and call you. Oh yea another thing. My info was there to call me when or text me so I can pick up. Either they don't know how to read or they just ain't doing their job. Please use FedEx. I use it and have not had a problem from them.
