★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni bien, ni mal. Te atienen de acuerdo lo esperado, pero no tienen ninguna organización para formar a la gente que va llegando. En otras sucursales tienen linea para poder guiar a la gente y evitar confusiones, creo que puede ser una buena idea implementarlo ahí.
 Neither good nor bad. They agree with you as expected, but they have no organization to train the people who are arriving. In other branches they have a line to guide people and avoid confusion, I think it may be a good idea to implement it there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquí claramente dice que cierra de 1 a 2 y vienes a las 2 30 y te encuentras con ese letrero... osea cambian su horario a su conveniencia además qué cuando marcas te informan qué es horario corrido de 9 a 6 pm así que ... pésimo jugar así con el tiempo de la gente
Here it clearly says that it closes from 1 to 2 and you come at 2:30 and you find that sign ... I mean they change their schedule at your convenience, besides what when you dial they inform you what is the running time from 9 to 6 pm so ... . lousy to play like that with people's time
