â â â â â Me gustaria creer el comentario q pusieron pero la experiencia es otra, la persona q esta en el mostrador cuando llegue se puso hacer otras cosas nisiquiera me comento q la esperara unos minutos despues de 15 minutos tube q decirle q si me hiba atender nunca saludo no le gusto q le comentara, chequen bien asu personal (profesional) q no son tan profesional al menos la chica de este lugar muy mal servicio hasta mi hijo me comento q x q habia tardado tanto y estando vacio
 I would like to believe the comment that they put but the experience is different, the person who is at the counter when he arrives did other things he did not even tell me that he would wait for her a few minutes after 15 minutes I had to tell him that if he would attend me, I never said hello. â â â â â La atenciĂłn y en proceso fue rĂĄpido. Fui a entregar un paquete de una venta de Amazon y realmente fue muy rĂĄpido el proceso de atenciĂłn como tal. SĂłlo tardĂ© un poquito en ingresar al local porque solo habĂa una persona atendiendo, y hacĂamos fila fuera del lugar por covid, lo cual me pareciĂł muy bien.
The attention and process was fast. I went to deliver a package from an Amazon sale and the service process as such was really very fast. It only took me a little while to enter the place because there was only one person attending, and we were queuing outside the place due to covid, which seemed very good to me.

â â â â â Es triste que te na empresa tan grande y de renombre no sea capaz de tener una sucursal abierta y que no pueda cumplir con su horario, me enviaron un paquete de urgencia carisimo por cierto y no lo pude recojer por quĂ© la sucursal estaba cerrada tiene en la puerta el horario e incluso menciona dĂas festivos y estĂĄ cerrado como me arrepiento de haber puesto estĂĄ sucursal basura de DHL porque los que la trabajan la cierran para ir a comer o para ir al baño pedirĂ© de nuevo mis envios en la otra sucursal apresar de que me llevo a veces una hora en salir porque estĂĄ lleno de gente pero esa si cumple el horario estĂĄ sucursal es de Av
Nichupte frente a la gran plaza cancun NO LA RECOMIENDO PARA RECOJER A OCURRE hablen con el encargado de la cafeterĂa de alado para que se los dejĂ©n ahĂ es mĂĄs seguro de encontrar abierto que en estĂĄ sucursal muy mal por DHL.

Nichupte in front of the great plaza cancun I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO PICK UP ONCE, talk to the manager of the alado cafeteria so that they can be left there, it is safer to find it open than in this branch, very bad for DHL.
