Es un lugar muy acogedor con áreas muy lindas para descansar y disfrutar los días de vacaciones lejos del estrés. La playa no es tan turquesa pero aún así vale la pena y es una buena opción para alojarse.
It is a very cozy place with very nice areas to rest and enjoy vacation days away from stress. The beach is not so turquoise but still worth it and is a good option to stay.

Well, where to start...B&B name is very poor to describe what we got: The spacious room was in a big, bright house, with separate entrance, maybe 25+ sqm, with huge king size bed, comfy linens, SkyTV with 500+ channels, refrigerator and big wardrobe, big bathroom with walk-in shower room. Aircon, fan or windows, if you prefer to listen to the waves and the singing birds. The hosts, Paul and Yvonne, were setting new meaning to hospitality by accommodating our wishes, from welcoming us in front of the house with torch for our night arrival, to daily room cleaning and drinking water supply. Breakfast was delicious and different every day, toasts, eggs, fruits, Mexican style meals or yogurt with granola, we had the choice. Served by Paul and Yvonne at 8-8:30 on the beach side in the garden. The beach itself is gorgeous, pristine and colorful, we were the only tourists there from sunrise to sunset, no walking sales man or anybody. Little to no waves at any weather, helped by Isla de Mujeres across, palms for good shade, sun beds, kayaks and catamaran, given complimentary by Paul. Although it’s away from the hotels zone, many food options are near by, from top end Seafood Flamingo 100m away to the casual, local buffet for lunch place across the miniSupermarket at 5min walking. 3 more restaurants (Marisca, Kukulcan and la Jaibas) are at 25min walking, all good food and with local prices. Dinner for two at the beach is for 20USD... if you have rental or get the minibuses, passing every 5-10min, can reach the Cancún center for tacos, fruit market or nightlife in 20min. Or if you like walking, there is a well set a roadside walk along the beach for maybe 5-7km. In general it looks like the area is running down, but at second look it is just Mexico style and is very safe. 10min walk away is El Meco, archeological site with Mayan pyramid and more. It’s half the size of Chichen Itza, but you save 5h driving to get there and back. Cheap entrance (55pesos) and no tourists at all, just iguanas ;-). 15min walking south is a big scuba diving and snorkeling school, and 15min north is a big kite surfing school. Beach is great for wind sports with steady winds, shallow water and low/no waves. All in all, this was one of our best vacations ever, at tropical white sand beach, 5 star accommodation, warm service, good food, no other people around, quiet and away from the crowds. Drive sober and watch your speed, police is watching this area well :-) and don’t forget your repellent, this “Malibu” beach is at the jungle edge. If you like dogs, Paul and Yvonne got two Labrador retrievers ready to play and hug at any time. It’s fun watching them swimming in the pool or riding the catamaran with Paul :-) Thank you for all, Paul and Yvonne!

I stayed with Paul and Yvonne for two weeks, they were very helpful in helping me get around, it's a lovely peaceful, relaxing place and their two dogs are adorable. Yvonne cooks a wonderful breakfast and Paul has a great sense of humour.
