INEFICIENTE. Que lastima.
Pesimo service, EXPRESS only have the name, wait 50 minutes to attend me, I never had a bad experience with DHL until I get to this branch, seriously, train their staff so they can give a better service. THE MOST SLOW BRANCH
INEFFICIENT. What a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on vacations and needed to send a package to my sister in the country. They told me they deliver national mail in 24 hours, but I didn't beleive it was going to be there that fast, and it was. Very good and reliable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was very good. I came just after closing time around 6pm and the window was already closed. I knocked a few times and the person was still there. He was kind enough to open and take my package even thought it was just passed closing hours. Thanks!
