LLEVE A MI PADRE A REALIZAR UNA PLACA Y ES UNA PERSONA MAYOR NOS TARDARON MUCHÍSIMO PARA EL SIMPLE TRÁMITE, CUANDO POR FIN PUDIMOS ACCEDER A REALIZAR LA PLACA LA TÉCNICA RADIÓLOGA SI ES QUE DE VERDAD LO ES TIENE UN MUY MAL GENIO NOSOTROS NO SOMOS EXPERTOS Y POR LO TANTO ESPERABAMOS INDICACIONES DE SU PARTE LAS CUALES FUERON DE PÉSIMA MANERA Y NOS DIO MUY MAL TRATO.ESPERO TOMEN LAS MEDIDAS PARA CON ESTE TIPO DE PERSONAL . F	Fabiola Solano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando uno llega aparentemente todo está perfecto, anteriormente ya había ido con mi suegra y todo bien no tuve queja , está vez fui a solicitar información acerca de un estudio y una de las que están afuera atendiendo fue muy déspota para darme información, me tocó escuchar a la otra dar información a otra persona y también igual de grosera , de las 2 no se hace una , sinceramente preferimos ir a otro lugar a hacer el estudio y tristemente en comparación el trato fue completamente diferente, como observación deberían poner más atención a quienes tienen para dar información para que el servicio sea mejor , por qué no sirve de nada tener un módulo donde supuestamente es para informar si no lo hacen o lo reciben a uno con mala cara. m	mercedes alvarez garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a realizarme un estudio radiológico , pregunte con anticipación los requisitos del estudio por telefono y me dijeron que no requeria preparación alguna y llegando alla de manera despota en ese momento me informan que tenia que ir preparada , de ahi cuando me hicieron el estudio (un día despues) la misma asistente de manera prepotente y grosera me atendió nuevamente de mala manera (una señorita de cabello rubio ,medio alta y de lentes) posteriormente el radiologo que me atendio una persona nada empatico y cortante no te responde nada , la verdad para ser un servicio particular dejan mucho que desear y ojala le den continuidad a las quejas(ya que no se puede reportar porque ni el nombre te dan). En segunda te tratan como si fuera el seguro social, y es servicio particular. La recepcionista con una cara de malhumorada a y también así es su temperamento. Se les solicita factura y tardan en mandarla, se les dice que es tarjeta de crédito a bueno pues ellas ponen débito. Y por desgracia me toco ver como una clienta solicitaba unos estudios que había pagado según ella y no le habían dado (cosa que no me compete) pero la recepcionista no tenía por qué contestar de mala manera ni de manera prepotente. Si piensan que siguen los protocolos de COVID 19 para nada, no es posible que en el IMSS me den los resultados en CD en 5 min después de la toma y aquí particular 30 min. yo no se por que los médicos particulares mandan a ese lugar.
