★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me contesto muy mal la señorita de recepción ,no quedan ganas de pedir precios y menos de ir ,pésima mujer , muy sarcástica ,siempre e sacado ahí mis estudios pero espero que no tengan empleadas tan déspotas.
The lady at the reception answered me very badly, there is no desire to ask for prices and even less to go, terrible woman, very sarcastic, I always got my studies there but I hope they don't have such despotic employees.

Terrible service from the ladies who attend, they left me waiting because they were eating, no way. There is a lot to improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo para no decir horrible servicio al cliente, pareciera que les estás haciendo un favor a las señoritas de recepción.(Hasta voltean los ojos si les solicitas alguna información del servicio).
Te cambian horas a último minuto que habías apartado para un servicio (ultrasonido). Al dueño de este laboratorio clínico le puedo realizar una sugerencia; cambie su personal de servicio a cliente sino es de seguro que su negocio se vendrá abajo.
Le doy una estrella porque no puedo darle 0 estrellas.
Terrible, not to say horrible customer service, it seems that you are doing the reception ladies a favor. (They even roll their eyes if you ask them for any information about the service).
They change hours at the last minute that you had set aside for a service (ultrasound). I can make a suggestion to the owner of this clinical laboratory; change your staff from customer service or your business is sure to go under.
I give it one star because I can't give it 0 stars.
