★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super recomendable!! Muy buen servicio, además cuentan con rampa para subir silla de ruedas, o en mi caso carriola. La química que tomo la muestra muy paciente y mis resultados entregados a la hora acordada.
Super recommended !! Very good service, they also have a ramp to raise a wheelchair, or in my case a stroller. The chemistry that I take the sample very patiently and my results delivered at the agreed time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO CUIDADO AL PACIENTE, DESCUIDOS SANITARIOS, Y NO SIGUEN LOS PROTOCOLOS DE SEGURIDAD SANITARIA. Hace 4 días fui a realizarme análisis y radiografías, situación que les tomó 2 horas y mil disculpas por los aparatos de rayos equis que nunca funcionaron, en el intermedio llegó un segundo paciente a hacerse la prueba del COVID que lo metieron en el mismo cuarto que yo dividido por dos cubículos, cerraron la puerta y SIN SEGUIR NINGUN PROTOCOLO DE SEGURIDAD SANITARIA prosiguieron a realizarle la prueba conmigo adentro, el paciente le comentó al empleado que tenía 20 días que salió POSITIVO, cuando pude salir reclamé y sorprendidos quisieron cubrir la falta diciéndome que no me preocupará que era negativo, que el paciente se lo realizó por protocolo de viaje, cuando les comenté lo que escuché volvieron a pedir disculpas, casualmente después que les dije empezaron a sanitizar.
POOR PATIENT CARE, HEALTH CARE, AND THEY DO NOT FOLLOW HEALTH SAFETY PROTOCOLS. 4 days ago I went for analysis and X-rays, a situation that took them 2 hours and a thousand apologies for the X-ray machines that never worked, in the intermission a second patient came to get tested for COVID that they put him in the same room as I was divided into two cubicles, they closed the door and WITHOUT FOLLOWING ANY SANITARY SECURITY PROTOCOL they continued to carry out the test with me inside, the patient told the employee that it had been POSITIVE for 20 days, when I was able to leave I complained and surprised they wanted to cover the lack telling me I will not worry that it was negative, that the patient had it done by travel protocol, when I told them what I heard they apologized again, coincidentally after I told them they began to sanitize.

Su personal es cordial y está calificado ( mis venas son súper delgaditas y siempre todo bien ?), los resultados te los entregan ya sea en físico o por whatsap y la verdad muy rápido. Gracias Diagnostik BioLab.
I highly recommend this laboratory since for years that is where I have been studying. Its staff is cordial and qualified (my veins are super thin and everything is always fine ?), the results are delivered to you either physically or by WhatsApp and the truth is very fast. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo es posible q no les hayan quitado el permiso de laboratorio, haciendo pruebas Covid sin medidas de seguridad y luego van con uno para realizar radiografías, me imagino q el personal q tienen es nuevo sin capacitación, salvo la recepciónista q es muy amable y tiene q dar la cara ella por sus compañeros. Ojalá y la Secretaria de Salud Jalisco éste al pendiente de por lo menos está sucursal
How is it possible that they have not taken away their laboratory permit, doing Covid tests without security measures and then they go with one to take X-rays, I imagine that the staff they have is new without training, except for the receptionist who is very friendly and has q stand up for her companions. Hopefully and the Secretary of Health Jalisco is aware of at least this branch
