★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡EL PEOR SERVICIO! . Me entregaron el escritorio con un diseño equivocado y varios días después de la fecha pactada. También unas repisas, tardaron 2 meses en entregármelas y muy feas. El colmo es que al dueño no le importa lo que opine el cliente y parece que se burla de la queja del cliente y jamás se disculpó por todos los contratiempos.
No soy la única, porque me mencionaron que varios clientes estaban inconformes.
THE WORST SERVICE! . The desk was delivered to me with the wrong design and several days after the agreed date. Also some shelves, it took 2 months to deliver them and very ugly. The bottom line is that the owner doesn't care what the customer thinks and seems to scoff at the customer's complaint and never apologize for all the setbacks.
I am not the only one, because they mentioned to me that several clients were dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregan los muebles aún frescos, manchados y despintados. Nos hicieron el cambio tres veces pero solo le embarraban más pintura encima y quedaba peor, apelmazado. Faltaba el soporte principal que sostiene la estructura (se lo pusieron al final), la madera de parota se cuarteaba porque no la saben tratar y lo único que hacían era parcharla, rebajarla y regresarla más deslgadita cada vez. Lo peor es que te quieren dar atole con el dedo porque te inventan puras mentiras tratando de justificar el por qué se ven tan mal sus muebles.
Son tan malos en lo que hacen que ni siquiera saben lo malos que son ni lo que es calidad, por eso cobran muy alto por su basura.
Lo peor es que tuvimos que pagarles por nada.
They deliver the furniture still fresh, stained and unpainted. They made the change three times but they only smeared more paint on it and it was worse, caked. The main support that supports the structure was missing (they put it at the end), the parota wood cracked because they don't know how to treat it and the only thing they did was patch it, lower it and return it more and more worn each time. The worst thing is that they want to give you atole with their finger because they invent pure lies trying to justify why their furniture looks so bad.
They are so bad at what they do that they don't even know how bad they are or what quality is, that's why they charge very high for their garbage.
The worst thing is that we had to pay them for nothing.
