Me refiero a que por teléfono te piden información para atenderte y llegas a mostrador y te dan otras opciones y no ayuda sino lo contrario, te hacen dudar que lo que lleves posiblemente no te serviría.
They have some good prices; but, the staff does not handle the same service criteria and protocols. I mean that by phone they ask you for information to serve you and you arrive at the counter and they give you other options and they don't help but on the contrary, they make you doubt that what you bring might not help you.
