De hecho llame para dar seguimiento a una cotizacion y la persona se limito a decirme que llame despues por que no habia nadie que viera cotizaciones.
In the store they were friendly, but when requesting a quote via telephone or by mail, it seems that they are not interested in selling.
In fact I called to follow up on a quote and the person just told me to call later because there was no one to see quotes.

Bad attention, nobody helps you, and they close at 6 pm, and they don't let you try on after 5:25 pm, it's a shame because it's well stocked...
