★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente yo pido servicio a la sucursal que está en Montecarlo pero después de casi 10 intentos de llamada nunca me contestaron, supongo que es porque tienen mucho trabajo, por lo que opte por marcar a la sucursal que está en Quiroga, cabe mencionar que ambas me quedan cerca Montecarlo a 4.2 km y quiroga a 4.3, la marcar a Quiroga no me pudieron tomar el pedido, me dijeron que tenía que marcar a la sucursal de Montecarlo, aún pese que le expliqué que no me contestaron, yo estaba dispuesto incluso a pasar por el pedido pero ni esa opción me dieron, le falta una capacitación al personal que atiende el teléfono, mi crítica espero y le sirva para que más adelante no pierdan a más clientes.
Normally I request service from the branch that is in Montecarlo but after almost 10 call attempts they never answered me, I suppose it is because they have a lot of work, so I chose to dial the branch that is in Quiroga, it is worth mentioning that both of them Montecarlo is close at 4.2 km and Quiroga at 4.3, the dialing of Quiroga they could not take the order, they told me that I had to dial the Montecarlo branch, even though I explained that they did not answer me, I was even willing to pass for the order but they did not even give me that option, the staff who answer the phone lacks training, I hope my criticism and it will serve them so that later they do not lose more customers.
