Había cotizado impresión de tesis con todas las especificaciones que quería (el tipo de corte y así) y cuando voy en persona, me cotizan otro precio, más alto y que como el corte era más pequeño que el tamaño carta que manejan, me salía todavía más caro de lo ya cotizado (aunque ya me habían cotizado con ese tamaño menor), nadamás por dos páginas a color me subían el precio como 50 pesos. Por eso mismo, decidí al final todo en blanco y negro y pedir el tamaño que ellos manejan, aunque mi escuela lo pedía más pequeño. Cuando les dije que quería la letra en color dorado para portada me dicen que no lo tienen y me buscaron el color más aproximado. Cuando pedí ver una muestra de los tipos de impresión que tienen, ni siquiera tenían a la mano una de tipo acabado mate, que era el que yo quería. Solo tenían una tesis de muestra, que era laminado brillante. Pedí mate esperando el mejor resultado sin siquiera saber cómo sería. No tiene ningún día que recogí mis tesis y ya se despegó el pegamento que une a la portada con la primera hoja. En verdad que decepción de lugar. I did not like that they do not respect the price they give you when quoting you. I had quoted thesis printing with all the specifications I wanted (the type of cut and so on) and when I went in person, they quoted me another price, higher and since the cut was smaller than the letter size they handle, it still came out more expensive than what was already quoted (although they had already quoted me with that smaller size), just for two color pages they raised the price about 50 pesos. For this reason, I decided in the end to have everything in black and white and ask for the size they handle, even though my school asked for it smaller. When I told them that I wanted the letter in gold for the cover, they told me that they didn't have it and they looked for the closest color for me. When I asked to see a sample of the types of print they have, they didn't even have a matte finish type on hand, which is what I wanted. They only had one sample thesis, which was glossy laminate. I ordered mate expecting the best result without even knowing what it would be like. It hasn't been a day since I picked up my theses and the glue that joins the cover to the first page has already peeled off. Really disappointing place.
