We ordered 'custom' furniture from this company. Initially they said they can do any design we provide to them. We spent a few weeks selecting designs and pieces we wanted for beds, bedside tables, TV stand, dining table, etc. We wanted each room to have a slightly different pieces, because that is what custom furniture is about. Enrique, their salesperson assured they would make them exactly as we wantedt We signed a contract and paid 80% of the price. After 2.5 months they delivered completely different furniture, all beds and bedside tables looking the same. It was a very unpleasant surprise, but we went with it because they installed headboards to the walls before we accepted the furniture. In this package, they also were supposed to deliver and install hanging lamps over the dining table. The prices per lamp were $200 USD, and we thought it was reasonable for lamp+ installation. However, after they delivered all furniture, they said they don't install the lamps, and we had to get electricians. We pointed out that we agreed on the fact they would install them. Enrique said they would, but that he needed the remaining 20% to pay the carpenters. After we paid the remaining balance, Enrique ghosted us, never answered our calls. Enrique and his company are scammers. Never go with them. There are plenty of other, honest people in the area. Don't go with this company if you want a quality custom furniture.
