La peor empresa de alquiler de motos de la isla, motos viejas, te cobran seguro a parte y querian cobrarme por un litro que le faltaba al deposito 140 pesos, vamos que son una estafa..,..

Аренда скутера 500 mxn в день + депозит 1000 mxn, также пытаются развести на страховку, которая должна включаться в стоимость аренды. Скутера в очень потрёпанном состоянии, на моем практически не было тормозов, ни задних, ни передних. Проехал весь остров без поломок. Состояние техники оставляет желать лучшего. Из плюсов, скутер заправлен и там полный бак бензина. Очень спорное место, не рекомендую брать здесь транспорт в аренду ?

Car are not in proper condition, avoid to rent from them.

I thought they were very nice and had good customer service. Cheap car rentals and easy pickup and return. I don't know why they have such a bad rating..I thought it was really good.

Amazing price and even better customer service. Will go out of my way to rent from them anytime I’m in Cozumel! We got the 2 door jeep with all coverage $5 less than the cheapest place without coverage.

ZERO STARS!!!!! This company is horrible. Do not rent anything from them. Please learn from our mistake. We gave this company a chance because they came highly recommended from a local that treated us very well. They knowingly rented us, a family of 7, including children, a faulty vehicles. Right away, a few minutes into the trip, we noticed the AC wasn’t working well. We should’ve taken it back then but didn’t because we didn’t want to waste our day. Just asked for a little discount upon return. No more than 20 min down the road the transmission stopped working. The car would not move forward. We were forced to drive the vehicle in reverse just to get to a safe place to pull off of the highway. We could not call the company as there was no cell service on that side of the island. Two people from our party were able to get a ride from a local couple that were very helpful. They took them to an area of service and due to a language barrier, they spoke with the company to fully translate. They said they would send someone but never did. Meanwhile the rest of our party was stranded on the side of the highway with a child. We opened up the hatch on the back of the minivan to give us some shade to sit in and wait for a taxi or our party to return. We see a freshly used bottle of transmission fluid with it leaking down side. Clearly they knew there was an issue and filled up the car right before giving it to us and chucked the bottle in the back. Both halves of our party had to pay for cab rides back to the company. When we arrived and told them the car was bad and we were stranded on the side of the highway, they immediately blamed us. Somehow it was our fault that the transmission was bad. They refused to give us our money back then called the cops and claimed someone tried to hit them. The cop showed up and it became a “their word against ours” situation. This company is all about money and not about building and maintaining a good reputation. They did not car at all that we were stranded on the side of the road with a child. It was a very stressful situation that I would never wish on anyone. Especially while traveling with children. It is sad that there are such bad people in this world. Thank goodness during the ordeal we did come across some very nice helpful people. This wasted a whole day of our vacation, and we were out money. DO NOT TRUST DINASTY RENT A CAR, A LOCAL CALLED “THE GRINCH” OR ANY RECOMMENDATIONS FROM A RESTAURANT CALLED FRITAS IN THE COZUMEL PLAZA (they recommended the company). If you need to rent a car in Conzumel I’d recommend using one of the well knows companies when you get off the ferry. Budget, Avis, etc.

If I could give no STARS I would. This is from a person who enjoys a good time and is not ultra picky! This place absolutely screwed us and left our family stranded, kids and all! HI AND DRY!!! Our van broke down 20 minutes into our trip. We were only able to drive in reverse and had to in order to find a safe place to pull over alongside the road. There’s no cell service on a big portion of the island, so, part of our party had to ride up the highway with strangers (who were greatly helpful, thankful for these angels) and the other party stayed with our vehicle while we got service. When we finally reached the agency, they acted like they couldn’t find us even after a person who spoke fluent Spanish helped us out and spoke with them prior to getting there. It’s all about the dollar there, they don’t care about people. We finally made it back to the agency with both our parties paying separate cab fees. Then they called the police on us when we demanded our money back! The police stood by their side even knowing our car was stranded miles up the highway. Complete waste of our hard earned money and a day. We literally spent the entire day trying to return!!! Don’t buy insurance, your insurance does you NOTHING HERE and DON’T rent a car here. Be safe! Don’t make the mistake we did!!!! This place has absolutely no respect for you and your family!

We hired a scooter for a fair price here. The scooter was in a good condition and got us around the island. Staff was also friendly. Would recommend.
