★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En DipSa Observatorio la atención es personalizada y el trato eficiente. Cuentan con escaner de ultima generación para igualar colores. (muy pocas casas de pinturas cuentan con esa herramienta) Los colores no los igualan como en el siglo pasado (al dedazo) , tienen un software que cuenta con información de formulas de las mejores armadoras del mundo. Muy bien por ellos.
At DipSa Observatorio the attention is personalized and the treatment efficient. They have the latest generation scanner to match colors. (Very few paint houses have this tool) The colors do not match them as in the last century (to the finger), they have software that has information on formulas from the best assemblers in the world. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deficiente y mala atención, me comunique vía telefónica para cotizar productos de repintado y un laboratorio de color y sencillamente argumenta que están todos ocupados, no saben lo que venden, no saben lo que ofrecen y hasta que el empleado no entienda que comen gracias al cliente las empresas están destinadas a cerrar. Dipsa el concepto del servicio y atención al cliente ya cambio, ahora no nada más compra el pintorcillo de la calle, habemos gente de nueva generación con otros intereses.
