Absolutely horrible customer service, my flight got canceled and they wouldn’t reschedule us, they had us pay them to reschedule for this!

Great comfortable transportation. Service fantastic and friendly. Our driver Miranda was the very best.

Terrible experience with this agency. No communication during the trip. Had numerous issues with the travel agent and was never able to help. They were supposed to provide transportation the day we left and no one showed up. We were forced to take a taxi.

I booked Olymus Tours for our shuttle in Cozumel Mexico on 10/20/19. I booked a private round trip transfer through the company website which was $106. When we arrived at the airport there was a representative wearing on orange shirt as stated that was calling my name. My husband and I followed him to the vehicle. As soon as we got in I knew it was not a private transfer. More travelers began to get into the vehicle so I told my husband to go ask the representative and show him my email itinerary. The representative told my husband that the private transfer was not available and we would have to wait and hour. This is not acceptable! We chose to take the shuttle that the other passengers paid $7. We arrived at our hotel and I contacted the hotel concierge service to help me get in contact with this company to help me get a refund. I tried to call them multiple times and did not get an answer. Thank goodness for our hotel. The representative did some research and after several hours got a hold of someone who gave her an email address for me to request a refund and also a return trip voucher. Upon our departure from the hotel which was with a taxi we ended up having to pay the taxi $25 for the trip because the voucher that was provided to us had the wrong hotel information on it. On our trip home I emailed to request a refund explaining the entire situation. A man named Filipe Camara emailed me back apologizing for inconvenience and said I would receive a refund for the difference in the shuttle rate and the private service rate since we did still take the shuttle. I'm fine with that because I am a reasonable person. I waited 14 days and still no refund. I emailed back and let them know I still had not received a refund. He said he would contact the correct department again. Still 20 WORKING DAYS later I have yet to receive any refund. Our entire trip was lovely with the exception of dealing with this terrible company. DO NOT book anything through this company!!!!
