★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene una gran variedad de globos y a un super precio, pero tardan muchísimo en atenderte y no son nada amables, solo había 3 clientes y como 5 empleados y aún así tardaron muchísimo en atendernos, solo compramos 6 globos y tardamos casi 1 hora y media en salir
It has a great variety of balloons and at a super price, but they take a long time to serve you and they are not friendly at all, there were only 3 customers and about 5 employees and even so they took a long time to serve us, we only bought 6 balloons and it took us almost 1 hour and a half to get out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, mala actitud de las 7 chicas que hay y no quieren atenderte, parece que les estás pidiendo un favor. No hay un Orden de atención y la misma que cobra te tiene que andar atendiendo y cobrando.
Terrible attention, bad attitude of the 7 girls out there and they don't want to help you, it seems like you are asking them for a favor. There is no order of attention and the same one that charges you has to be attending and charging you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a inflar globos que yo traía con helio, y el trato de la persona al parecer encargada, deja mucho que desear.
De inicio me hizo la cuenta por inflar 22 globos, pasé a pagar, y otras 2 chicas comenzaron a inflarlos. Una de ellas rompió uno de los globos al inflarlo, y me dijo que me lo reponía con uno similar, yo acepte sin mayor problema, pero en eso llego la encargada a decirle a la que lo rompió que me tenía que cobrar otra carga de helio, por inflarme el globo repuesto que ella rompió, como si fuera mi responsabilidad.
Fue prepotente con la chica y conmigo. Yo por supuesto no estuve de acuerdo, ni acepte, porque yo pague por un servicio y si hubo un fallo, fue de su parte. La encargada sugirió que mis globos eran chinos, sin saber, y no era verdad.
Otra cosa hubiera sido si me dijeran antes de inflarlos las reglas del juego. O almenos de una manera amable. Aparte super caro el servicio, y que sepan que no me duraron más de un día, siendo que eran globos especiales para helio.
Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar, muy mal trato al cliente. ?
I went to inflate balloons that I brought with helium, and the treatment of the person apparently in charge leaves much to be desired.
At first, he made me the bill for inflating 22 balloons, I went to pay, and 2 other girls began to inflate them. One of them broke one of the balloons when inflating it, and told me that she would replace it with a similar one, I accepted without much problem, but then the person in charge came to tell the one who broke it that she had to charge me another load of helium , for blowing up the spare balloon that she broke, as if it were my responsibility.
He was arrogant with the girl and with me. Of course I did not agree, nor did I accept, because I paid for a service and if there was a mistake, it was on his part. The manager suggested that my balloons were Chinese, without knowing, and it was not true.
It would have been another thing if they had told me the rules of the game before inflating them. Or at least in a nice way. Besides, the service is super expensive, and they know that they didn't last me more than a day, since they were special balloons for helium.
I definitely do not recommend this place, very bad customer service. ?
