★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no contestan el telefono, mandan a buzon de voz, no te mantienen informado y no hay forma de llamarlos.....que dejen informacion publica de mas telefonos, correos y whatsapp para comunicarse.
 They do not answer the phone, they send to voicemail, they do not keep you informed and there is no way to call them ..... that they leave public information on more phones, emails and WhatsApp to communicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No les doy menos que cero porque no se puede, es una empresa de puros ladrones desde la encargada hasta los mecánicos, mi carro entro por una falla específica, después de dos a cinco días de analizarlo me dan un presupuesto de 20,000 cosa que yo accedí, mientras lo reparaban a la semana me salen que al estar probando el auto tuvo otra falla y que ahora el nuevo presupuesto sería de 90,000 cosa que yo me negué a pagar y pague los 20000 solo para llevarme mi carro en grua cuando el auto entro andando, la verdad por falta de tiempo no pude poner mi demanda ante la Profeco, con otro mecánico lo solucione con 10,000, sinceramente ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido ojala les sirva esto para pensar mil veces llevar su carro ahí.
