★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my Ram hemi for 2 weeks to diagnose a misfire. In the end they said they did not know what was wrong with it. They are not experts of Mopar and can only do basic repairs and warranty maintenance here.
I wish they would have told me they have no experience or skill with repairs and expert diagnosis so I don't waste my time.
I had to pay 1800 pesos for no diagnosis to get my truck back and it was completely covered in dust inside and out and had a new scratch. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional I was so angry when I picked up my truck I couldn't speak. They didn't even offer an apology for not being able to help me

Took my jeep in to have a battery issue fixed. They did a good job fixing the battery. However, when I got my car back my jumper battery pack was gone. I contacted them immediately and they said they would check. They then kept delaying giving me an answer until I kept following up finally telling me no one there took it. I’m positive it was in the car when I dropped it off but they just don’t care an employee robbed me. Ridiculous
