Good service very attentive and friendly the pharmacy manager and her workers, good communication with tourists despite the languages ... I will definitely go again when I am in these places again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, my wife forgot her Birth control back at home on our vacation. This pharmacy was very helpful in finding us a comparable substitute for use while in Mexico. Then they delivered it to our resort when it came in. Our local doctor's office was very unhelpful, and unwilling to give us any advice.

We had a good visit when my youngest had major strep throat. Dr. offered a series of injections which after checking with our US pediatrician, we agreed to do. We only took one shot.
In-house doctor also prescribed five other over-the-counter unnecessary items such as vitamins pain relievers cough and cold, natural supplements and Pedialyte. None of which were necessary, however given the low cost of the consultation $200 pesos vs $860 USD at the Hospiten Playa del Carmen, I imagine they have to make up the difference by up selling you a ton of unnecessary stuff.
