★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De lo peor. Muy mal servicio al cliente. Además hablas y pides de la marca y el modelo y te dicen que no te pueden decir cual es que necesitan que lleves la muestra. Es la estupidez más grande que haya escuchado.
Of the worst. Very poor customer service. You also talk and ask about the make and model and they tell you that they cannot tell you which one they need you to take the sample with. It is the greatest stupidity I have ever heard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buenos productos, sin embargo el trato deja mucho que desear. Parece que vas a pedir fiado, Realmente estan perdiendo el objetivo de venta al cliente. Pedí ver un balero, que debia estar pagado, sinceramente son piezas de alta resistencia como para romperlas al mostrarlas.
Cuiden su servicio al cliente, NO todos queremos llevar las muestras fisicas, algunos tenemos conocimientos tecnicos y con los codigos creo que es suficiente. No tengan miedo de mostrar las piezas al cliente, todo esta en internet, no tienen informacion sagrada.
They have good products, however the deal leaves much to be desired. It seems that you are going to ask for credit, you are really losing the objective of selling to the client. I asked to see a bearing, which had to be paid, honestly they are pieces of high resistance to break when showing them.
Take care of your customer service, we do NOT all want to take physical samples, some of us have technical knowledge and with the codes I think it is enough. Do not be afraid to show the pieces to the client, everything is on the internet, they do not have sacred information.
