He buceado con otros centros de buceo en playa del Carmen y dive rite son lejos el mejor centro de buceo! Súper profesionales y organizados! Equipos dive rite de ala! Espectacular! Además son todos súper buena onda! Pablo, Vero y Andrea full simpáticos! Hasta nos dieron poleras!

Buen servicio a cliente, pero los productos no me dejaron completamente satisfecho. Son de buena calidad boero tienen detalles no gratos en su utilización día a día.

We love the Dive Rite brand, but this store has some bad actors working here. I paid about $650 usd to this store to order a bcd in my size. It has been weeks now and I continue to get the "its in the mail" lines. We were finally told we can pick it up today. When we arrived in the store we were told I can borrow a bcd until mine arrives...it's still in the mail. I have been given a fake tracking number for a product that is clearly not coming. I have not been issued a refund and truly believe that isn't coming my way either. I am in the process of contacting the corporate offices to see if this can be resolved. I really wanted to buy my bcd local to support the business. But like the old saying goes, no good deed goes unpunished. My recommendation, buyer beware on preorders. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS COMMENTS BELOW: I have the entire WhatsApp conversation captured that supports my initial claim. While I understand your need to smooth this over, believe me, this happened as described. If you would have reached out to me to discuss you would know this. Some people and busInesses blame the pandemic for their failures. But believe me, we are well versed in the efficiency of fedex, dhl, and ups. Fake tracking numbers? That is beyond belief.

Wow, lack of customer service. I called to ask for help with a mask a and told me that they do t do that and don’t know who does it?seriously what do you do with your Masks if there are not working? Throw it away? Thank you for following up right away! You earned your 5 stars. As my HBS professor Sasser would say “do it right the first time and if you didn’t do it it right the second time” thank you for the follow up. I found the help.

I have been afraid to get a open water PADI license for over 10 years because I wear hard contacts and I am practically blind without them. My sister and brother in law are experienced divers and she is been trying to get me to join her. While on vacation in Playa del Carmen, they found this gem, so decided to get my open water certification. And I am so glad I did. The place and the people (Pablo and Vero and Andrea) at Dive Rite are amazing. The equipment and gear they have available for us was pretty good. My instructor Andrea (he is Italian, that speaks Spanish and English) was top of the notch. I felt comfortable the whole time and I enjoy every second of it. I am planning to get my advanced PADI license there. They have become my diving family. 100% recommend them.
