Doctor Cancun José Díaz-Ordaz C. - 77500 Cancún

I want to leave an honest and well deserved review for Dr. Diaz. Our 18 month old came down with a fever the day we arrived. We called Dr. Diaz and he came out right away even though our resort was 40 mins from Cancun. He diagnosed our child and prescribed medication. He was and knowledgeable and honest. He even offered to give me a ride to the pharmacy and then he waited until I found a taxi back. He checked in on us the next day and let us know that he’s available if we need anything else. We were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation thanks to his amazing service.

Before we called to Dr. Jose I had called to Red Cross, but they do not know English and just hang up the phone. We had very hight temperature up to 39. And we have found Dr. Jose in google with all excellent reviews and decided to call him. And we did the right choice. We were very satisfied with his service. He came to us at 4 a.m. and came in time! He did a COVID test, checked our throat and lungs and gave a recipe to buy respective pills. Also he answered several times after he left our apartment (it was about 5 a.m. for a minute! ). He responses very quickly, his english is excellent, his explanation was detailed and informative.

My husband got sick on the way to the airport to go home. Seeing my strong ox of a man sitting on the airport floor while I found a wheelchair, taxi and hotel had me afraid I'd lose him too after losing a son to covid. I found Dr Diaz on a Google search. He went out of his way to see us. And went above and beyond our expectations.. He got a CT, met us at a pharmacy to get meds and medical supplies ETC late in the evening. After meeting us at the radiology office. He even helped us get transportation to the places we needed to go to. Dr Diaz stuck with us through a change in hotels. Answering any questions I had. Explaining how he would be able to help us if my husband needed surgery. He called and came to reevaluate my husband regularly. And explained step by step how he would help if we needed to get my husband in for surgery. I'm an experienced RN and I am accustomed to knowing how run the show. Not knowing how to navigate care in Mexico wasn't helping my need for control. Dr Diaz's professional, knowledgeable and caring demeanor helped calm my fears as well as making sure my husband got well enough to travel home. I 100% would recommend him to my friends and family if the needed medical care while in Cancun. Thanks Dr Diaz!

Wow what can I say about Dr.Jose besides he is amazing. I called him out of sheer desperation and fear since my partner was sick. I was scared especially because I didn’t know what to expect but from the moment I got in touch with him I knew I made the right call. He came and meet us at our hotel diagnosed us both and gave us treatment. Even though we had to move around he came and visited us, checked on us daily and made sure we were getting better. Anything we needed he was there for. This is why he has all these 5 star reviews because HE IS WORTH IT and then some.Do not hesitate if you are in need contact him let him help you because he CAN and WILL. Thank you Dr.Jose you have truly been a life saver.

Doctor Diaz took care of all the logistic even if it was Sunday morning at 5:30 AM after I had a difficult night and he made sure Doctor Colin would show up by 7:00 AM. Dr. Colin was super profesionnal, attentive, speak flawless english and quickly narrowed dow the issue with a proper treatment course. All of this for a totally reasonnable price for a home doctor visit as per any standards. Thank you so much guys, Martin

Thank you for your quick help. I texted him on whatsapp (I don't like to call?) and luckily he had time and was at my hotel in 25 minutes. He took his time to examine me and explained in detail what the medication is for and how to use it. He speaks English very well and it was easy to understand what I need to do to get better. I didn't feel rushed, which I really appreciate. Highly recommended.

While in Cancun my aunt got water in her ears that would not come out and was very uncomfortable. Dr Jose was at our condo within an hour and was able to clear it right now. He also gave us our Covid tests for traveling home the next day. He was professional, respectful, friendly and warm, and was not in a hurry. We were so thankful we found him! We highly recommend him!
