★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos antes de la hora de nuestra consulta, la sala de espera vacía, en la tercera ocasión en que salió la asistente nos preguntó si íbamos a consulta. Confirmamos que sí, salió el doctor Castelazo en 3 ocasiones con una facha que dejaba mucho que desear y en ninguna ocasión fue para decir “buenas noches” ni siquiera siendo pacientes. Estuvimos 45 minutos esperando y vimos que el doctor se fue, sin decir nada. Pero eso sí, recibimos un correo diciendo que debemos $1,000 por no acudir a la consulta. Pésima educación tanto de la asistente como del doctor, que si hubieran querido hubieran sabido que éramos los pacientes y que estábamos ahí a tiempo. No regresaremos por su facha, su poca educación y poco profesionalismo.
We arrived before the time of our consultation, the waiting room was empty, the third time the assistant left, she asked us if we were going to consult. We confirmed that yes, Dr. Castelazo came out on 3 occasions with a look that left much to be desired and on no occasion was it to say “good night” even when he was patient. We waited 45 minutes and saw that the doctor left, without saying anything. But yes, we received an email saying that we owe $ 1,000 for not attending the consultation. Terrible education from both the assistant and the doctor, who if they had wanted they would have known that we were the patients and that we were there on time. We will not return because of his appearance, his little education and unprofessionalism.
