★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am new in town and I am looking for a derm. I contacted her office to make an appointment. The clerk was the worst about service. It was almost like if she was about to make me a favor trying to give me an appointment. At the end she says "she might receive new patients, but it will all depend on what you need". I explained why I needed to see the doctor and also said that if she was booked out I would go to find a different doctor. The clerk goes like "it'd be the best" with a total disrespectful tone ??. A total and big disappointment and awful service for new patients!!!!!! If there were something lower than one start I would totally rate her office with that. Maybe Dr. Hernández needs to train her staff to be more friendly, respectful and professional because she may lose patients without even getting to know them!???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfortunately it has become very hard to book an appointment with Dr. Blanca as she has a lot of demand from her 30+ years of experience. this makes people frustrated but it seems to be too much for her to take on, since she is already working 10+ hour days 6 days a week.
