Muy buen servicio, llevo varios años comprando mis lentes y además de los modelos tan bonitos que hay, la doctora es muy profesional.

Pésimo Servicio Al Cliente Mientras vayas a comprar todo es sonrisas pero si tienes un problema con tu armazón, el ambiente se vuelve hostil. Había tenido buena experiencia en los años que llevaba comprando mis lentes con ellos, hasta que se me presento un problema con el último armazón que adquirí hace 11 meses. En ningún momento pedí que me reembolsaran mi dinero o me hicieran válida alguna garantía, simplemente pedí que me apoyaran en encontrar una solución al problema de fabricación que presento mi armazón ya que se desoldó una parte del armazón, mismo que esta en perfectas condiciones, sin rayones o golpes. Por eso insistí en que era un problema de fabricación y si pudieran contactar a su proveedor para ver si podía solucionar el problema. Me pidieron mi número de celular para comunicarse conmigo una vez que recibieran respuesta de su proveedor, pero la llamada nunca llegó. Marque a la semana y me dijeron que seguían intentando comunicarse con el proveedor y que les diera otros días. Otra semana se fue y yo tuve que volverme a comunicarme y ya me dijeron que el proveedor no vende piezas y no ofrecen soluciones a armazones rotos pero que sí podían pedirme otro armazón del mismo modelo y me darían un 10% de descuento. Dos semanas para decirme algo que fácil se pudieron haberme dicho al siguiente día, pero claramente se notaba que estaban haciendo tiempo. Creo que la dueña o dueño del negocio debe poner mas atención en estos detalles con sus empleados ya que al final de cuentas ellos son los que dan la cara al momento de atender y simplemente sería mas agradable que el servicio al cliente en casos de problemas con el producto, fuera de mas educación y no tomar un papel a la defensiva. Recalco que nunca fue a pedir una garantía o reembolso. Simplemente como cliente pedí ayuda a quien le compre el producto. Es muy difícil hacer nuevos clientes pero es muy fácil perderlos.

I had had good experience in the years that I had been buying my glasses with them, until I had a problem with the last frame that I bought 11 months ago. So I insisted that it was a manufacturing problem and if they could contact their supplier to see if they could fix the problem. They asked me for my cell phone number to contact me once they received a response from their provider, but the call never came. I checked a week and they told me they kept trying to contact the provider and to give them other days. Another week went by and I had to communicate again and they already told me that the supplier does not sell parts and they do not offer solutions to broken frames but that they could ask me for another frame of the same model and they would give me a 10% discount. Two weeks to tell me something that could easily have been said the next day, but it was clear that they were doing time. I think that the owner of the business should pay more attention to these details with her employees since in the end they are the ones who show their face when attending and it would simply be more pleasant than customer service in cases of problems with the product, out of more education and not take a defensive role. I emphasize that he never went to ask for a guarantee or refund. Simply as a customer, I asked for help from whoever bought the product. It is very difficult to make new clients but it is very easy to lose them.
