If I could give -10 I would. Let me start by saying that I am a US citizen and traveled to Mexico for a cruise trip. Unfortunately I was in a very horrible motorcycle accident and needed serious medical attention. I barely remember much but I do know I was taken to this hospital in particular. I was treated horribly. I suffered multiple injuries.... broken facial bones split lip broken ocular bones.. My husband lost all his teeth broke his foot and nose. O am writing this from a hotel because we were told that we couldn't be seen until we made a payment for a specialist which was going to cost us 50000 dollars in U.S. dollars. This was only going to cover to seethe specialist it didn't include treatment or care. I was treated very inhumane and disrespectful as well as my husband. We were charged for items we didn't even know we were being charged for. We were given hot ice packs and expected to use that for our swelling. We need stitches but at a cost that we could not afford. The staff was dishonest and talking behind our backs thinking we didn't understand them. We were treated very bad and poorly. I suggest anyone who lo rd themself to never seek medical treatment at this facility. You will lose your life and your money. Please pass this on of you or anyone get close to this hell hole. They are bad. Now I have to wait for clearance to go ho.e to America just to get treatment. Good luck to all.

They absolutely overcharge foreigners, crazy amounts. Itemized lists with extras, double charges, and they lie in your face while doing it. A simple check up that would be $150 in the US was $1000 here.

Don't allow them to try to extort money from you if you are a foreigner - THEY WILL TRY! I developed an infection after having two surgeries here. They're not terrible, but they lack an honest business ethic and need improvement on some medical practices

I had an ear problem (middle ear barotrauma) after scuba diving the Blue Hole in Belize and wanted to check if it was ok before embarking on more scuba adventures. After googling good ENT doctors I came across Clinica San Miguel. The recommended doctor was Dr Negron, however, he wasn't taking patients and I was referred to Dr Francisco Javier Lopez Galeana. He was extremely professional, spoke perfect English and explained the problem with my ear very thoroughly. He also recommended a follow up session in a week. It was expensive but to me the price was worth it and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Horrible service doctors violated Mexico laws trying to keep you in the hospital longer to charge more money for service. Don't lie to people pretending your going to look into my case when you don't even know what the problem is. Over charging a patient is illegal in Mexico you refuse to release me from the hospital and charged me 10k for a procedure that cost 1k. You make Mexicans look bad as a people.

Had a high fever and severe food poisoning, I was seen by a doctor in less than 10 minutes and out the door a half hour after that with prescriptions for the medications I needed to feel much better. Everyone was very helpful, the receptionist did not seem to speak English very well but the doctor was fluent. Excellent service! Very clean facility and very professional staff!

I am from the US and ended up having to go here early in the morning on my last day in Cozumel. I would highly recommend this clinic! The service was amazing and they had me in and out very quickly! It was also very easy to communicate with them! Wonderful clinic to go to!!
