★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tamaño del departamento esta muy bien. Cuenta con sala, un baño y la alcoba principal con dos balcones y aire acondicionado. Aunque mencionan que posee televisión de cable fue imposible en mi caso hacerlo funcionar (si es que tenían realmente ese servicio). El aseo lo realizan cada tercer día. Y lo mejor de todo es que al estar en la esquina de la quinta avenida y no muy lejos del centro te permite explorar la zona perfectamente. Punto malo y que no se menciona en despegar. Te solicitan realizar un pago en efectivo de 475 pesos por concepto de impuesto ambiental. Y al ser un contrato de arrendamiento pues no es un hotel el contrato que te piden rellenar pide que ofrezcas datos de tu tarjeta de crédito y la cantidad con la cual se aseguran de cubrir daños es de 1000 dólares.
¡Ah! Y la publicación en despegar y otras de este complejo hace mención de una alberca la cual para este complejo no existe.
The size of the apartment is very good. It has a living room, a bathroom and the main bedroom with two balconies and air conditioning. Although they mention that it has cable television it was impossible in my case to make it work (if they really had that service). The cleaning is done every third day. And best of all, being on the corner of Fifth Avenue and not far from the center allows you to explore the area perfectly. Bad point and that is not mentioned in take off. You are requested to make a cash payment of 475 pesos for environmental tax. And being a lease because it is not a hotel, the contract that you are asked to fill out requires that you offer your credit card information and the amount with which they make sure to cover damages is 1000 dollars.
Ah! And the publication in take off and others of this complex makes mention of a pool which for this complex does not exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wandering trough the rain searching for the apartment took us quite a while. Some hidden door next to a clothing shop is not directly where I was searching for. Nevertheless I was happy somebody living in the same apartment could open the door for us. Had no internet to contact the owner, no phone number at the door, so unclear. Besides that the rooms are okey, kitchen available to cook your own meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No reception. He charged me twice as much as advertised. Dorm is small. Very minimal. Bed, pillow, 2 sheets and a towel. Very noisy from 5th Ave bring ear plugs. No one on site. Have to text the guy to let you in. Seems like he isn't too serious about being a hostel owner. I wouldn't really recommend unless you just need a bed. It's clean enough.
