★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, terrible, terrible. I reserved my car a few weeks in advance but it was not available when I got there. They tried to book a smaller car for me, which wouldn’t work for my family. Then they tried to drastically upsell me on insurance, which was supposed to be included in my original reservation.
Avoid this place at all costs. It is not worth what looks like savings. In Puerto Vallarta, you are better off with cabs and ubers.
