★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Hicimos reservación con días de anticipación y quedaron de hacernos entrega del auto a las 8 am en el aeropuerto de Colima. Eran las 9:30 am y nadie estuvo para atendernos. Llamé a la central de reservaciones y me dijeron q en 5 min me atendían, pero la espera siguió siendo en vano. Por lo que decidimos rentar en otra compañía.
 Terrible service. We made reservations days in advance and they arranged to deliver the car at 8 am at the Colima airport. It was 9:30 am and nobody was there to attend us. I called the reservation center and they told me that in 5 min they would attend to me, but the wait was still in vain. So we decided to rent from another company.
