Porque caminaba casi agachada y con bastón ahora camina derecha, y ya en casa no usa el bastón. I am fascinated with the results on my mom who has been taking the treatment. El tipo es Desagradable, Nefasto y TOSCO ! Te atiende literalmente 3 minutos y te truena como un animal ! Te obligan a ver 2 videos de casi 15 min cada una tratando de venderte como payaso sus tratamientos. Me arrepiento con todo mi corazón haber ido a este lugar. Se creen franquicia, y pues te tratan como tal. Pésima atención y Sin consideración al paciente. My worst experience with a "chiropractor"! I am a lifelong athlete and it is not the first time I go to see a chiropractor. The guy is Nasty, Nefarious and TOSCO! It takes literally 3 minutes and it thunders like an animal! They force you to watch 2 videos of almost 15 min each trying to sell your treatments as a clown. I regret with all my heart to have gone to this place. They believe they are franchise, and they treat you as such. Poor attention and No consideration to the patient.

La telefonista insistió que debía de pagar nuevamente el estudio aún y cuando esté no tiene más de un mes de antigüedad. Me parece absurdo y pico ético que por fuerza quieran cobrar por cobrar. I spoke to ask for reports and costs to which they offered me some studies that I already have. The operator insisted that she had to pay for the study again even though it is not more than a month old. It seems to me absurd and ethical peak that by force they want to charge to collect.

Fui con mi madre para nuestra primera cita donde decían que por $1000 pesos te hacían todos los estudios/radiografías para saber en qué condición estás y además recibes tu primera sesión. Pues hicimos todo el proceso, nuestra cita empezó a las 11 de la mañana. Cuando llegó el doctor Reznick a revisarnos a ambas hizo unos comentarios bastante desagradables involucrando violencia de género hacia ambas de parte de nuestras parejas. Haciendo "bromas" de que por eso nuestras columnas estaban chuecas. Cuando terminaron de hacernos las radiografías nos pusieron un video donde sale el doctor explicando como trabajan, en teoría después de eso nos darían resultados. En ese momento entró una de sus empleadas a preguntarnos quién iba a solventar el pago en el caso de que iniciar tratamiento con ellos (?). Mi madre comentó que seguramente sería mi padre, cosa que volvió a preguntar el empleado que estaba a punto de darnos nuestros resultados y al decir que sería él nos pidió que le marcáramos para revisar los resultados con el (?) con la narrativa que toda la gente involucrada debería estar presente para estar en la misma página (al final nos dimos cuenta que es para poder convencer a la persona que va a pagar y pensaron que nosotras solas no podríamos solventar ese pago (?)) Intentamos marcarle vía videollamada y al no contestarnos le comenté que podía grabar la explicación y enseñarsela cuando lo viéramos, a lo cual contesto que asi no funcionaba porque no nos iba a entender (?) Y se negó a entregarnos resultados sin que estuviera mi padre presente, pidió que hiciéramos otra cita cuando estuviera disponible para revisarlos. Cabe aclarar que no soy menor de edad, tengo 25 años y no necesito a mi papa para entrega de resultados médicos. A mi madre y a mi nos pareció de lo mas bizarro que no nos quisieran entregar los resultados si ese era el motivo de la consulta y la razón por la que pagamos también. al regresar al lobby insistimos en que nos los dieran y los empleados asustados dijeron que se lo comentarían al doctor Reznick. Nos hicieron esperar más y cuando al fin llegó a hablar con nosotras se portó muy intenso y ni siquiera dejaba hablar a mi madre. Insistió que necesitaba estar i padre para la entrega de resultados porque si no no iba a querer pagar por nuestros tratamientos, al final salimos de ahí sin resultados y si ganas de volver a pisar ese lugar. Nos dió una sesión de fisioterapia de cortesía y es una pena porque tiene muy buenos fisioterapeutas trabajando ahí pero nos pareció increíble la manera de manejar su negocio. Me queda clarísimo que si mi padre hubiera sido el que iba a la cita solo no le hubiera pedido que su esposa y su hija estuvieran presentes ni hubiera cuestionado quien solventaría el pago y no le hubiera negado sus resultados. Terrible experiencia. Salimos de ahí a las 3 de la tarde. Worst place I've ever been, zero ethics and misogynistic as well.
