★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los helados son buenos pero la atención es de mala gana, no capacitan bien a sus empleados. Y no ponen aquí los horarios ni teléfono.
The ice creams are good but the attention is reluctantly, they do not train their employees well. And do not put schedules or phone here.

Bad service the one who worked there did not attend me and it was like 7PM and I was looking at the cell phone and it did not answer me, at least it smelled rich xD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me.gustan mucho su nieve espuma de angel y no la venden en otro lado aunque es un poco dulce y acaban de añadir una de chocolate obscuro con cereza muy buena, no es barato pero vale la pena
I like their angel foam snow a lot and they do not sell it elsewhere although it is a bit sweet and they have just added a dark chocolate with very good cherry, it is not cheap but it is worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como solo tienen un empleado el servicio es muuuuuuuy lento, nunca tienen topings pero Dolphy es bueno. Creo que es la única sucursal en Morelia, deberían ponerle más atención a su negocio.
As they only have one employee the service is sooo slow, they never have topings but Dolphy is good. I think it is the only branch in Morelia, they should pay more attention to their business.
