En una de las ocasiones me cobraron de mas y se ofendieron y actuaron muy a la defensiva cuando les reclame.
I have been assigned to domestic staff twice; they do not give a contract or proof of payment; They sent me girls who didn't meet the profile just for sending someone and they got upset when I returned them. On one of the occasions they overcharged me and took offense and acted very defensive when I complained to them.
