★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, reservé un servicio para el día de hoy y la persona q iría a mi casa, nunca llegó. Envié ubicación un día antes y no me informaron si tenían alguna duda respecto a la dirección.
Trate de comunicarme con la señora q realizaría el servicio, me contestó y me dijo q me devolvería la llamada, nunca lo hizo y los siguientes intentos fueron inútiles.
Busqué a la persona responsable para reportar el incidente y nunca me respondió.
Es importante mencionar q viaje desde la Ciudad de México para atender este pendiente y otros temas.
Considero q lo mínimo q merece un cliente ante un suceso como este, es una explicación y claro, una disculpa.
Bad experience, I booked a service for today and the person who would go to my house never came. I sent location a day before and they didn't let me know if they had any questions regarding the address.
I tried to communicate with the lady who would perform the service, she answered me and told me that she would call me back, she never did and the following attempts were useless.
I looked for the person responsible to report the incident and they never responded.
It is important to mention that I traveled from Mexico City to attend to this pending and other issues.
I consider that the least a client deserves in the face of an event like this, is an explanation and of course, an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dan el servicio ni contestan el teléfono,les pedi que me asignaran personal , ya que lo tenian un dia antes de que entrara a trabajar me dijeron que no podia presentarse y eso por que yo les hable para preguntarles por que si no la señora ni me llama, nunca contesta y dice que tiene problemas con su celular, si eso fue para la contratación ni me quiero imaginar el servicio en general.
They do not provide the service or answer the phone, I asked them to assign me staff, since they had it a day before I went to work they told me that I could not show up and that is why I spoke to them to ask them why not the lady or He calls me, never answers and says that he has problems with his cell phone, if that was for the hiring I don't even want to imagine the service in general.
