★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor de lo peor traten de mejor de ir a otro lugar o al menos que ya no le quede otra opción. Servicio pésimo parece que les haces un favor pedir como si sus precios fueran competitivos cada vez más elevados y la calidad de la pizza en esta sucursal es horrible.
 The worst of the worst, try to go to another place or at least you have no other option. Lousy service it seems like you are doing them a favor ordering as if their prices are getting higher and higher and the quality of the pizza at this branch is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buen lugar, sin embargo la última vez no me supieron dar respuesta referente a pagar con Mercado Pago ya que yo solicité la pizza por línea pero no viene la opción de pago con Mercado Pago, entonces elegí "efectivo" pensando que podía pagar directo en caja, pero al llegar me dijeron que por haber pedido en línea, el pago lo tenia que hacer en efectivo. La solución pudo ser a mi consideración, cancelar el pedido en línea y tomar mi orden directo en caja... pero no me dieron solución y me quedé sin pizza...
It is a good place, however the last time they did not know how to give me an answer regarding paying with Mercado Pago since I requested the pizza by line but the payment option with Mercado Pago does not come, so I chose "cash" thinking that I could pay directly in box, but when I arrived they told me that because I had ordered online, the payment had to be made in cash. The solution could be at my discretion, cancel the order online and take my order directly at the checkout ... but they gave me no solution and I ran out of pizza ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO pidan su pizza aquí por UberEats. La pedí a las 5:40 pm, supuestamente llegaba entre 6-6:20 pm. Marqué 7 veces a la sucursal, 6 de esas llamadas ni siquiera las tomaron. A las 7:50 pm tuve que llamar a la línea de soporte de UberEats para que lo cancelaran, pues no había señal alguna del repartidor, a pesar de que supuestamente salió de la sucursal a las 6:20 (la dirección de entrega queda a menos de 10 minutos del local). El servicio es lo que sigue de pésimo.
DO NOT order your pizza here through UberEats. I ordered it at 5:40 pm, it was supposed to arrive between 6-6:20 pm. I dialed the branch 7 times, 6 of those calls weren't even taken. At 7:50 pm I had to call the UberEats support line to have it cancelled, as there was no sign of the delivery guy, even though he supposedly left the branch at 6:20 (the delivery address is less than 10 minutes from the premises). The service is the next bad thing.

EN MI SEGUNDA LLAMADA PROPORCIONÉ OTRO NÚMERO PARA QUE ME LLAMARAN. A LOS 70 MINUTOS DE HABER REALIZADO MI PEDIDO LLAMO A LA SUCURSAL Y DICEN QUE NO REGISTRARON EL SEGUNDO NÚMERO Y QUE EL REPARTIDOR SE FUÉ. CUÁNTO ESPERO PARA IRSE!!!?? YO ESPERE 70 MINUTOS. QUERIAN QUE LES ESPERARA OTROS 25 MINUTOS PARA QUE ENVIARAN MI PEDIDO. QUÉ DESCARO. PÉSIMO SERVICIO! DESDE LA EMPLEADA AMARGADA QUE CONTESTA EL TELEFONO HASTA EL REPARTIDOR.
I WAITED 60 MINUTES, AFTER 3 CALLS (AS ACCORDING TO THE ORDER IT ARRIVED BETWEEN 35 AND 45 MINUTES) THEY TOLD ME THAT THE DELIVERY MAN WAS 5 MINUTES AWAY. ON MY SECOND CALL I PROVIDED ANOTHER NUMBER FOR THEM TO CALL ME. 70 MINUTES AFTER PLACING MY ORDER I CALL THE BRANCH AND THEY SAY THEY DID NOT REGISTER THE SECOND NUMBER AND THE DELIVERY LEFT. HOW LONG DO I WAIT TO LEAVE!!!?? I WAIT 70 MINUTES. THEY WANTED ME TO WAIT ANOTHER 25 MINUTES FOR THEM TO SHIP MY ORDER. WHAT CHALLENGE. TERRIBLE SERVICE! FROM THE BITTERED CLERK ANSWERING THE PHONE TO THE DELIVERY MAN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde las 8:40 pm pedí una pizza y ya me hicieron en cargo de 317 pesos, se demoran mucho. Intente comunicarme con ellos y nada, intente cancelar el pedido y no me lo permitió. No es la primera vez que me pasa, pero al menos se que fue la última vez que pido algo con ellos; definitivamente no los recomiendo.
From 8:40 pm I ordered a pizza and they already charged me 317 pesos, they take a long time. I tried to communicate with them and nothing, I tried to cancel the order and it did not allow me. It is not the first time that it happens to me, but at least I know that it was the last time that I ordered something with them; I definitely do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí una pizza en línea, con orilla rellena de queso, apesar de que tardo más de media hora en llegar, la pagamos, sin darnos cuenta de que no tenía orilla rellena de queso.
El pretexto del tiempo fue que "tienen poco personal" y para reponerme lo que me cobraron de más, decir que llame otro día pidiendo una pizza igual y en la compra de otra me dan la que yo pedí. ?
No los recomiendo.
I ordered a pizza online, with cheese stuffed crust, even though it took over half an hour to arrive, we paid for it, not realizing that it didn't have a cheese stuffed crust.
The excuse of the time was that "they have little staff" and to replace what they overcharged me, tell me to call another day asking for the same pizza and when buying another they give me the one I ordered. ?
I do not recommend them.
