Domino's Tulum - 77760 Tulum

1hr 13mins to be deliver from time of order. 45mins from when the tracker said it left the store. So pizza came barely warm, and they forgot 2 drinks. So I think 3 stars is more than generous for a slow, and overall poor service.

Do not honor advertised prices but service and pizza were excellent.

I put have put an order that never arrived. Called 30 minutes after the 'estimated time of arrival' and got told that that time just means when the biker leaves the shop. Called again 30 minutes later, and and the driver claimed he attempted delivery 30 minutes prior but no one answered him... funny because I was on the patio overlooking the road and no delivery person stopped or even passed by....

So great! I called to order a pizza using my lame attempt at Spanish. No one really spoke English but the team found the best English speaker there and worked kindly with me to order a pizza for my kids. It arrived at our hotel door in 15 minutes and seemed great. Gracias!

The telephone connection is so bad that it’s impossible to hear what the person is saying. She keeps hanging up on me. I find ordering on the website to be impossible. How do these people stay in business?

I was teasing my wife that I wanted to try dominos while in tulum. A few days later, we fell asleep at 5pm and woke up at 930pm! Dominos was one of the only places open. I ordered a grande pizza pineapple + ham & salami + pepperoni (half and half), mango habanero chicken wings and their potato wedges (had certain spices and condiments). The pizza reminded me of the pizzas I had back home although the domino's in the US is very different.

The place looks newly built, modern, shiny and surprisingly in a deplorable condition. The tables that were attached to the floor have become detached, the table covers... some how vanished... it’s as if a hurricane came through. The price is reasonable for tourist and height for local. In terms of taste and quality... it the same as US and I think maybe a little better. Tulum doesn’t have any decent local pizza places. I’ve tried most of them... so this may be your best option. I was surprised they didn’t have any ice. All in all this place has potential to be great. If it was managed right. It comes across as a location opened by someone with cash, who has no franchise experience... and just left it to be managed on its own.

Slowest pizza place ever. 20 minutes and there are no people no orders nothing. Cachier was too busy to take our order, busy texting his lover probably. ẞ at all
