★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La última vez hace como 3 semanas, me hicieron esperar 3 horas por un pedido, tuve que ir a la tienda y como el encargado no sabía que decir, uno de los repartidores se puso en plan con otro cliente que había pedido para sus hijos una pizza y que también le habían tardado 3 horas. No te dan solución y aparte se ponen groseros
The last time about 3 weeks ago, they made me wait 3 hours for an order, I had to go to the store and since the manager didn't know what to say, one of the delivery guys got on with another customer who had ordered a pizza and that it had also taken him 3 hours. They do not give you a solution and apart from that they get rude

Lamentable que una cadena haci de grande haya bajado su calidad de servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ужасное место. Несмотря на переводчик с русского на испанский, кассир тупил и не мог нам нормально объяснить стоимость пиццы, заставляя нас самих считать, сколько у нас ингридиентов, хотя мы сказалие название пиццы и ее размер!
Просила сделать без лука. Просила на испанском. Сделали с луком.
Terrible place. Despite the translator from Russian into Spanish, the cashier was stupid and could not properly explain the cost of pizza to us, forcing us to count how many ingredients we had, although we said the name of the pizza and its size!
She asked me to do it without onions. Asked for in Spanish. Made with onions.

Vale la pena comer ahí,da la impresión que solo sirven para uber o para llevar no dan cubiertos y te rational las pocas salsas que te dan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo servicio y atención el que nos dio la señorita que nos atendió hace un momento. Desde que llegamos, la saludamos y no contestó. Pedimos lo que requeríamos para comer allí, nos dieron solo una bolsita de picante, no platos y no vasos, dicen que para eso están las servilletas. La pizza solo estaba cortada por encima y no se podían tomar los pedazos como siempre, pues estaba entera, tuvimos que partir con la mano. Teníamos que andar detrás de ellos para que nos proporcionaran otro sobre de picante y de salsa o lo que necesitáramos para comer. Eso sin que hubiera más personas consumiendo en el lugar. En las demás sucursales en que hemos ido, no ha sido así, es el primero y no es la primera ocasión en que su actitud es esa. Ojalá hagan supervisiones constantes y den capacitación al personal en torno al trato con el cliente; así como, que tengan lo necesario para dar un servicio íntegro. Muchas gracias.
It is a terrible service and attention that the lady who attended us a moment ago gave us. Since we arrived, we greeted her and she did not answer. We asked for what we needed to eat there, they only gave us a bag of hot sauce, no plates and no glasses, they say that's what napkins are for. The pizza was only cut on top and you couldn't take the pieces as usual, because it was whole, we had to cut it by hand. We had to walk behind them to get another packet of hot sauce and sauce or whatever we needed to eat. That without there being more people consuming in the place. In the other branches in which we have been, it has not been like that, it is the first and it is not the first time that his attitude is that. I hope they do constant supervision and train the staff around dealing with the client; as well as, that they have what is necessary to provide a full service. Thank you very much.
