One of the worst experiences in general, I ordered more than 30 pizzas since 2019 and in several of these orders they did not let me choose the ingredients that I wanted, they increased without notice the costs of their menus, they brought me the orders sometimes without parents and They told me that they were going to bring them to me and they never brought them, they made a very silly joke telling me that I had somehow changed the French way and they dialed my cell phone with the same stupidity for 10 times and today I ordered a pizza with some potatoes an hour and a half ago and they argued that they went once and again and the third time that they weren't going to come again when they didn't even call me they knocked on the door or told them they had arrived and when I told them they hadn't come and that his service had been deficient the person in charge of the cell phone of the pizzeria only lied to me the mother terrible service, terrible quality of pizza and terrible people working there in my life I will buy again in that branch And probably in none other. I even have evidence that I was marking them to see what was happening with my pizza and they told me that in 10 minutes it was there and I waited and they never came.

What I ordered: Chocolate volcano. What they gave me: Papotas. When calling to report the error, the operator tried to convince me that they had NOT delivered my order because no delivery man had left the store in 20 minutes. Until I gave him the EXACT time they had delivered it to me (18 minutes before, because his dealer traveled in time), he accepted that they had made it. Then I had to convince her to give me the dessert that I had paid for and that we had not touched the Papotas. 20 minutes later, because the delivery man did not take -2 minutes this time, we returned the Potatoes and they delivered my order of two chocolate volcanoes in a box dirty with grease and tomato sauce, SO BURNED AND HARD that they crunched when touched with a fork and the strong smell of chocolate could not distinguish between the smell of burnt cake. This is NOT the first time this branch has made a mistake when delivering an order to us (for example, giving us Canela Baitz when we order Cajeta Baitz) but it is simply THE WORST ATTENTION EVER GIVEN US.
